What can I say about these cookies besides I kicked them up a notch, by teaming up butterscotch with chocolate chips and chunks and made a super cookie. Grab a glass of milk or whatever you like with your cookies, put your feet up, and enjoy!
Butterscotch Chocolate Chunk and Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 10 T room temp unsalted butter
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1⅓ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 6 oz chocolate chunks (used bittersweet)
- 6 oz chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line two baking sheets with parchment paper or Split
- Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla in electric stand mixer on high until combined, about 5 minutes, add egg and mix until incorporated
- Mix flour, baking, soda and salt in a bowl, slowly adding to butter mixture, turn speed down to low
- Add chocolate chunks and chips to mixture until thoroughly mixed
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto baking sheet with space apart
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, moving to bottom rack last five (if baking both baking sheets, just switch them halfway through baking)
- Cool and serve!

Adore this recipe, sorry… that was supposed to be ONE post… not sure how that happened. This cookie looks so good I could eat a dozen in one sitting, not to mention what my Honey would do to a batch! I must make them for him sometime!
