Recipe two using my meatball recipe is simple meatball subs. They are hearty enough for lunch or dinner, hold up against a thick hoagie bun, and will make dinner a breeze.

Jar of favorite marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
On low heat warm meatballs and marinara sauce. Add to split hoagie buns and top with cheese. Under the broiler, heat each subs until cheese is melted and brown, carefully watching sandwiches so they don’t burn. Serve and enjoy. Extra napkins will be needed!
