If I was a cookie, I have decided a ginger cookie is what I would be-spicy, needs time to chill, and a nice brown color. Ginger cookies are thought of as a holiday cookie, so wrap these bad boys up in a gift bag and pass out at one of the many holiday parties we all go to. Or be like me, a tiny bit selfish, and keep some back for yourself. Either way grab the spices, put on your baking slippers, and bake away!

They are all of those things!
These sound really yummy I am going to try replacing the Molasses with Agave Syrup/ Coconut Sugar with some water though

You know…there is no doubt that I’m a chocoholic in pretty much every category….but there is a special place in my heart for spice cookies such as these. They look so delicious…I’ll be printing this recipe to bake for me. There’s very little chance that I’ll be sharing them.
