Spicy Garlic Green Beans with Yellow Peppers

Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pound cleaned and cut fresh green beans
- 2 large yellow peppers cut into strips
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (more if you like it spicy)
- ¼ tsp kosher or sea salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a grill pan or a saute pan on medium high heat with olive oil.
- Once pan is hot, add garlic and let cook for about a minute.
- Add green beans and yellow peppers, cooking until still crisp but tender, about 10 minutes adding red pepper flakes the last 3 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
