Turkey and Bacon Sandwich with Tomato Jam

Have you tried my Homemade Heirloom Tomato Jam? If you haven’t, go forth and get the ingredients and make yourself a batch. It is great on burgers, bread, slathered on a charcuterie board, or in this case part of a ridiculous sandwich. With the warmer weather here, I like to break away from the heavier meals and sometimes just have a sandwich for dinner. But not just any sandwich, one with bacon and turkey - a jacked up club sandwich if you will. Making the jam is easy, and you can have a sandwich bar for tonight’s dinner.
