Wooden Spoon Buttermilk Biscuits

buttermilk biscuits

My wooden spoon buttermilk biscuits can be made on a Sunday morning, before anyone wakes up, ready to be lathered with butter and honey. Biscuits say you took the time to make something homemade, but didn’t have to wake the troops to do it. A bowl, wooden spoon, your hands, and some lard make these feel down home, no matter where you are from. Can also be seen on Foodgawker.
